The Madison Condo - Question?

Hi all I'm still new to Hamilton and because of the awesome weather today I went for my first walk around the neighbourhood and came across a very nice but not quite brand new condo/apartment building called The Madison on Mountain Park Ave. From the outside it looks mostly empty from the bare windows, you can see right into the spacious units. It looks as if only about 6 units are occupied!?

My question is and this is where I'm confused... The website as you can see in the photo I took does not work the domain is for sale. And from a google search it says this building is sold out which it's clearly not. Now I haven't called the phone number just yet but I was wondering if anyone on here knows anything about this building and if any of the units are for rent or what the current selling prices are. These were supposed to be $1million condos when it was being built but considering the building is mostly empty I wonder if plans have changed?

Here is a LINK to the floor plans and I must say they are mighty impressive & huge 2400Sq ft to be exact!

I would love to rent a unit! I may try calling the number to make an inquiry soon just wanted to see what others on here had to say first.

If your idea of fun is operating a gas barbecue, you'll apparently be right at home.

Cached June 11, 2013:

A million dollar view, from the edge of Hamilton's escarpment... envision the magnificence of Lake Ontario, the Toronto skyline, Cootes Paradise and the bustling harbour from a totally new perspective.

Drive into the porte cochere. Walk through the spacious loggia and elegant lobby to the elevators.

The two elevators are accessed by only the homeowners and invited guests. The elevator will be called, upon your arrival in the lobby or garage, and whisk you directly to your foyer, via keyless entry code.

Each floor accommodates two spacious private residences. Each unit is approximately 2400 sq ft of understated elegance.

Private terrace and balcony (a combined addition of 400 sq ft) with partial glass balconies, maximize the panoramic views. Plus, continue to enjoy the fun of using your gas barbeque

The Building features three suite designs. further individual interior customizing may be considered, if in accordance with the building's integrity.

Sorry didn't realize a thread was already going, I did do a search but for some reason nothing turned up for me.

Wow the building is that old and it sits mostly empty.... what a shame, what is the problem here? If they can't sell them rent them, I'll take one!
