Really great to see the cladding being installed! Does anyone know if Gotham has sold out?

90% sold out. Have units ranging from 426sqft - 1300sqft left, and most of ever unit still left, including some of the two level lofts. Keep in mind occupancy of August 2014.

Thanks Matt!

Great photos on your website by the way. Nice to see an agent take the time to take good photos of listings.

I skip over all listings where photos were taken with an Iphone camera. I can't take it seriously.

August 2014 occupancy? There's no way!

I got an update by e-mail today:

-The tentative occupancy date is now November 1, 2014
-The interior finishing process has begun
-Roof topping should occur at the end of April
-Individual/firm occupancy dates should be sent out around the end of May

Pro tip: to avoid criticism that you're building another boring flat box of a midrise, just put a little nub sticking out the side of it.

Today's progress... (there are VERY few unobstructed views of this building!)

there no way this building will be done by Nov 2014. If it does finish by that time, it makes me wonder how long the interiors will last before drywall starts coming down, or how the workers got those magic powers.
