This reminds me of one of those empty lots you see in the neighborhoods that the community or a neighbor attempts to fix up to beautify a neglected lot or deter drug dealers. As it is, this is an eyesore for West Market.

Navient, a spin-off of Sallie Mae (based in Newark, DE), has chosen Wilmington, DE as it's headquarters.

This may be a silly question as I have a pretty good hunch as to what the advantages are of having a direct flight to the middle east but what does this mean for the future of Philly as far as investment in the area?

Not sure about investment, but international residents are definitely more willing to live in a place that has direct flights to their home country.

fwiw, there's not a single world class, international city, that does not boast an airport with excellent international access. This is a great step in the right direction. Philly needs to next connect to Japan.

And it appears the cupola is the only part of the design critique they responded to with this pathetic "re"design.

Camden HQ Delayed

Announcement I spoke about last week delayed at least until next week. Sensitive topic that needs to be dealt with gently internally I'm told.

Wow, I've never visited the museum's website. I think they spent more time developing it than the building.
