The JW Marriott will top out on Tuesday. The final piece of structural steel will be put into place.

I gotta say, this building is making a bigger impact on the skyline than I thought it would. The views from the north and east are really impressive.

I can't really decipher the material of the cladding, but it really looks fantastic. Something different from the usual.

The cladding on the tower portion looks nice, but the base is atrocious.
