Great rendering! Is it an illusion due to the angle, or would CITC really appear that far away from Comcast1? I think it'd be partially obscured by Mellon from that view - but it's cool that the rendering depicts the whole shape of the building.

I digitized the major components of the proposed building masses in the exact locations and heights, so everything should be geographically precise. The only thing that effects the image is how narrow/wide Google Earth focus its view (like a camera lens would at any given location)...

I did this so that I could check out the views from any given location or angle. Here is a different one to give you an idea.

Where is that view (from South St Br)? Am I being dense and just not seeing it somewhere?

It's really starting to bother me that the roof appears so much lower than CC. I like 3 sides of CC (I think the south side with the big window is terrible) but don't really want it to be the city's tallest. While technically CITC will be, it won't appear so to the eye.
