I really like how they lit the water tower and mechanical portion. This tower has turned out to be quite the gem IMHO.

Very soon. Its essentially complete, with some minor work on the exterior and interior work. By late April it should be finished. Sales started for this ages ago and now its just a matter of finishing the interior.
