Good size apartment. Guessing this is the one apartment that the Boyer Company will be developing. Looks like this will go up before 145s.

In all seriousness though. I work in the Sports industry and I wanted to say that Smiths Ballpark is in a good location as fare as proximity to downtown. I think the city is to blame for the lack of development around the park. They where so hell bent on building the stadium and tearing down the old one that they forgot to think before doing. They just thought (typical Politicians) developers would come a calling without any effort on their part.

But the ball park is really about as far away from our downtown as Sports Authority stadium is to Denver's.

If they're named Liberty Crest, does that mean that Cowboy Properties is building them?

Also, if anyone is interested, here's a Trib article about the guy who set the fire at the apartments under construction on Feb 9th. Sounds like a first-class idiot.

I'm assuming the Liberty Crest Apartments are going on the west side of the street, in front of the 145 parking structure?

Along with Tower 101 (that's the name, right?) that area is filling in quite nicely!

The area has so much land to make it a really nice expansion of downtown instead of straddling Main and State

I asked because I don't look into peoples post. I like this forum for the development news...not so much what specific members states what and when. And I'm not going to watch the video because you can put two and two together and realize if its not about development I don't care.
