Not a lot of progress to update lately, but the developer says that the curtain wall installation is scheduled to start at the beginning of March and their new show suite sales center located in 'The Park' will be opening in April.

Thanks Rockyview. Here's another one of the front. It is weird that they are going to cut the window openings out later. Look at the rendering versus my photo. Never seen this done in construction.

^^^ No they will cut the windows out later, as I saw them framing in the windows but they covered it all up.

Nothing is happening on-site so I guess they will resume once cladding arrives. I am surprised they are not framing interior walls.

It seems the construction stopped again.

I wonder if they are doing some interior work on those bottom three floors now that they are sealed up?

I was wondering the same thing but went by during the day and only a handful of guys on the site. They might have moved them to another project till the glazing arrives.

This would actually be a pretty sexy tower if it were all glass...unfortunately, that is not to be the case.

That must be the deal then....similar to the Pearl, where the glazing took a while top arrive.

When the weather is -26 unfortunately you cannot have an efficient construction crew. I don't think the guy's on site moved to another site, they are just waiting until the weather warms up. I did see a crew working today though.
