More likely scenario: One Yonge's height is increased and the number of towers reduced from 6 to 5 or 4 towers.

Either way, I see One Yonge as minimum 10 year build out and taller towers will likely be proposed before its even approved or built.

400 to 450 metres? Yeah, that ain't gonna happen. Too much land zoned for highrises in the metro. I disageee that the CN Tower as a observation tower needs competition.

I could see the tallest One Yonge tower proposal growing but, the rest will stay the same, be eliminated or, see reduction. DeCotiis has to build or sell. He can't afford to hold on to it if things implode before its approved.

That is a great shot of Montreal. McGill Street is probably my favourite street in the city.

Montreal is one of those few cities that actually looks good covered in snow. great shot.

The Vancouver shots are amazing. Looking forward to seeing how the New Ritz Vancouver Tower impacts the skyline there.

If anyone is able to, there's an awesome view of Hamilton's skyline from the Queen St access. I'm rarely in Hamilton and don't have a camera (just my phone) or the ability to hold my hands still while snapping the picture. But someone needs to take a picture from there, it would be highly appreciated!

I have never been to Montreal, but the more photos I see of this city the more intrigued I am. That is one fantastic shot you posted Martin Mtl.

Indeed. This neighbourhood (Quartier International/Old Montreal/Cite du Multimedia) is looking and feeling fantastic. Especially if you consider what it looked like just two decades ago:

Wow. I'm not generally a big fan of Vancouver's skyline, but it looks spectacular in these photos. I only wish they were larger.
