They're down a good 30 - 40 feet in the northern 1/3 of the Brookfield Place site. In the southern side of the site, the foundations of the former buildings have been pounded into oblivion (sounds like a fun time ).

The whole northern half of the site is about 40 feet down right now. This beast will start pouring concrete by summer I bet.

Probably been asked before, but will this be concrete, or steel construction?

I am not sure. I just remember someone saying it will be steel construction unlike City Centre I.
