Are there any plans for the open field next to this development that overlooks Lebreton Flats? Every time I go there it's completely empty. Seems to be only used by dog walkers. It's such an underused space. It would make a good public space of some kind.

Great pics!, and I totally agree with your points.

The huge terrace on the north side of the building for the penthouse is going to have one of the best panoramic views (if not the best) in Ottawa, IMO.

It's really too bad that the terrace will not be available to most of the residents.

This is the problem with most condo buildings in the area except for a few.

Discovered another prominent viewing angle of this thing today - driving west on Sussex Drive, by the Rideau River and Lester Pearson Building area.

It really sticks out from this vantage point.
