These's renderings are pretty accurate, there's already a line at the elevators

Really excited about this and interested to see how it plays out with the buildings around it. The entrance cut to 1900 Arch and whatever retail goes in there better step up their game. It's a shame the other two apartment complexes next to it are fugly as well. Can't wait to go down the slide!

I'm also curious to see what the street view looks like. The tower's girth is fairly standard but the lot is very large and could easily house two towers. Will this tower take over the entire lot?

Another neat thought: with the lobby of the Four Seasons being on the top floor, we essentially just got a free built-in observation deck.

As for the Spire or "Blade," it is kinda arbitrary, so why not tack on another 100 feet or so, right? could easily match or pass the Empire State Building at that point.

This is much more encouraging and gives a better idea of the textures used as opposed to the renders which made it look frick'n boring. I reminds me a little of the MOMA expansion.

Definitely art deco-y from the model. From that angle it reminds me of a similar design on Walnut somewhere

It looks like its evoking 1616 Walnut (which is going by The Icon now)

Disappointed. I would have rather left out the spire and kept CC as the city's tallest.
