It may not have a soul, but at least it has a nice skyline:

I love this photo. It really shows how big the city is.

The Aura skyscraper looks so lonely. Thankfully its first friend Karma condo will be out of the ground soon, then Yonge/College Condo will be there to join it on a few years time.

The angle of that pic is almost identical to my future Toronto skyline model I posted a few weeks back... great find Ramako!

Agreed. This angle has a very 'Manhattan' look to it.

Those are great Toronto and Vancouver shots. I really dig the first TO shot with the boat on the right. Very impressive light and ambiance.

That's what makes it even more impressive it really stands out, also the ice condos certainly make a nice impact on the skyline. These photos show how much Toronto is — slapping the rest of Canada when it comes to high rises it's not even close end of story

You'll notice in that shot (and indeed in many shots) that the classic bank towers still stand very much alone.

My biggest problem with TO's skyline is its most iconic feature, the CN tower. It's so disproportionately huge compared to everything else that you can't even really focus anywhere else. It makes what should appear to be a massive skyline appear small. Hopefully those Oxford twins get going to bring in a little more balance.

— slapping? Downtown Vancouver has a pretty good concentration of towers that are home to 100 000 people in a 2 sq. mile area. If Toronto has a higher density of towers/ population than that, it ain't by much.

Seems like Toronto's talking a bit of smack lately...

You conveniently neglected to mention all the 40-70 floor office towers that are in Toronto, love it or hate it Toronto is number 1 when comes to high rises

And this is the reason why I like that angle much more than the angle from the lake where they are all hidden behind the condos wall.
