SSP meet?

p_xavier · #1 Posted **Jan 11, 2014, 2:56 AM**

I've searched and didn't find a topic. Are Ottawa SSP beer nights still being held?

Jamaican-Phoenix · #2 Posted **Jan 11, 2014, 4:02 AM**

Nope, not really. I wouldn't mind a meet up.

Aylmer · #3 Posted **Jan 11, 2014, 12:35 PM**

I'd be up for that. Since I joined in 2007, I don't remember there ever being one, so it'd be my first!

I'm against outing myself to the world, but don't mind in-person meetups if time/location works out.

We could always have a burqa meeting

Norman Bates · #6 Posted **Jan 11, 2014, 2:07 PM**

We had one in April 2009.

We're long overdue for another.

Let's do it at the airport baggage area then.

DEWLine · #8 Posted **Jan 12, 2014, 12:56 AM**

I'd be interested in an in-person gathering.

Harley613 · #9 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 3:40 AM**

I'm definitely in.

AuxTown · #10 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 4:30 AM**

I'm in. Any venue ideas? I still think Mill Street would be a good central spot.

Harley613 · #11 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 2:26 PM**

Mill Street sounds good to me!

Capital Shaun · #12 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 2:54 PM**

If it's somewhere I can get to and I'm available I'll probably turn up.

McKellarDweller · #13 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 3:32 PM**

Hey guys ... I'd be in, and Mill St. sounds good. :-)

Aylmer · #14 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 4:45 PM**

How about dates? Anyone have any restrictions or preference?

S-Man · #15 Posted **Jan 13, 2014, 7:17 PM**

As much as I'd like to shoot the breeze, my privacy comes first. Too many people lurking on these boards. Even one is too many.

If they're lurking they probably don't come to a meet...

I'm available on Fridays until May.

Jamaican-Phoenix · #19 Posted **Jan 16, 2014, 3:23 AM**

Never been to the Mill St. yet, so I say we go there. Any date except this Friday is good, but I might be busy from Jan 21-26 or Feb 18-23.

m0nkyman · #20 Posted **Jan 16, 2014, 5:47 AM**

I will make it if it is at all possible.
