Indeed they are working on the ground floor. They may actually be close to pouring the second by now.

For how long this project has been U/C, I would have thought they'd be up around the 10th by now at least...

I agree, I remember an article came out a while ago saying they would be doing a floor a week. I guess that was an exaggeration.

I drove by on the way to a BBQ in Herring Cove on Canada Day, it looks as though they're 1 complete and.. maaaybe part of a second floor above ground now..

Didn't this one start before the Citadel Reno? They must have just a few member crew.

This one had 3 levels of underground parking to build, that generally takes conisderbly longer than above grade floors. That said, this started at a slower pace, Lead Structual is doing the concrete, they have a lot of work on the go and I noticed a few of their projects (Harbour Isle and Lemarchant Residents) really lagged at the start. I am guessing they were waiting for crews to free up, but once real progress started, they kept a good pace to the end. I bet now that this is out of the ground and some of their other jobs are done it will go fast.
