Indeed they are working on the ground floor. They may actually be close to pouring the second by now.

For how long this project has been U/C, I would have thought they'd be up around the 10th by now at least...

I agree, I remember an article came out a while ago saying they would be doing a floor a week. I guess that was an exaggeration.

This one had 3 levels of underground parking to build, that generally takes conisderbly longer than above grade floors. That said, this started at a slower pace, Lead Structual is doing the concrete, they have a lot of work on the go and I noticed a few of their projects (Harbour Isle and Lemarchant Residents) really lagged at the start. I am guessing they were waiting for crews to free up, but once real progress started, they kept a good pace to the end. I bet now that this is out of the ground and some of their other jobs are done it will go fast.

According to BANC Properties the building is three levels of under ground parking, 16-storey residential tower, and 77-units.
