I could see Dalhousie could probably use the space. Or the province could renovate it inside, and move the Courthouses here from Spring Garden, which I understand are pretty cramped:

While the OVAL is already nearby, it's still an interesting proposal for some kind of public use or asset. Perhaps we should forget about Shannon Park build a new stadium here instead?
