Time will tell whether I do or don't I guess. I agree the design is bland and we are working on making the building more interesting architecturally without adding too much to the cost which is significant. Height costs money and more height equals more skin which equals more $. We are also experimenting with different types of colored glass. I don't want to build a boring building.

Someone posted something about above grade parking. That was in the old design. All of the parking is below grade.

The January groundbreaking was based on the TIF being passed in June. Realistically groundbreaking will be in April or May.

The building will not be less than 49 stories and if what I'm diligently working on comes together could be as many as 57. I can't disclose what it is I'm working on.
