Magellan is a very big and successful high rise developer in Chicago, so they have a lot of credibility. They have only recently started working on projects outside of Chicago. Prior to their Austin project they announced plans for a residential tower in both Minneapolis and Nashville. I don't know the status of the Minneapolis tower, but the one in Nashville is scheduled to start construction in February.
