San Pedro Bay Historical Society lists the Silver Lion Café at 507 S. Harbor Blvd. from the 1930s to 1950s. They also list the Golden Lion Café at 507 Front in the 1920s. The Water and Power site has a 1900 picture of Front Street and says it became Avalon Boulevard, but that's in Wilmington and doesn't fit the image, so I think it's safe to say that Front became S. Harbor.
The picture below comes with the following caption:
"Harbor Blvd, San Pedro, California, after the Long Beach Earthquake, March 10, 1933. The businesses shown are the Army & Navy, Sullivan Bros Lockers, Sailors Steel Locker Club, Silver Lion Cafe, Harbor Hotel, Neal Tailor, Hotel Alexander, and several other unidentified businesses including a dentist, a drugstore, and cafes."

I can't see the Silver Lion Cafe, but it's meant to be in there somewhere. That means it's also likely to be in this 1938 picture I found on
www.railwaypreservation.com. They also have a picture of Front Street, and say it became S. Harbor Boulevard.

Finally, the building reflected in the window of the Silver Lion Cafe is the San Pedro Pacific Electric Station. The picture below supposedly dates from the 1950s.
