Agreed; I really feel like they have done very little to promote the residential side of the development, which is odd, not only for what you mention (actually renting the things) but also promoting the overall benefit the development has for the downtown.
You'd think they'd be singing the praises of a new major downtown residential development to contributing to the vibrancy of that part of the urban core.
