15 more floors. Anything below Chestnut Street does not count. And that doesn't include the crown of the building. With the height of the crown, it will technically be a 36 story building.

And I think FMC Tower will look out of place at first until the rest of the area gets built up.

This is turning out to be quite the skyline changer! The Lancaster Walk view is a nice surprise, too.

Just think, if the old design was kept, there would only be 2 more floors to go.

I don't mind. There is retail facing 30th street, and on the opposite side there is more than enough room build a highrise in front of it over the rail tracks.
