This tower is 46 floors. Just think how tall the 57-floor Station Square tower would have looked (if hadn't been scaled back to 48 floors).

Lets hope the twin 60 story towers at Brentwood look equally as impressive, if not more so.

Yeah, they are. It's part of the whole plaza redo that took out the fountain.

^Agree. It will look even sharper once they red paint the exposed concrete strips.

The tower looks gigantic from the station. Can't wait to see it complete to make a final aesthetic assessment

Came across these pics from darrellinyvr on Flickr.
From back in November, but still worth posting:

Thanks.
The podium doesn't look as interesting as I expected (although it looks refined)
- hopefully some signage will liven it up.

I think that this is a dramatic building which emphasizes the feeling of height. My one big regret is the red lighting they're going to put all over one corner side.
I think it will detract from the tower and add a "tacky" effect. White lighting would be fine.

I noticed the Sovereign building looking down 41st from at least as far west as Oak st. It definitely stands out, and should have some nice views in clear weather.

I think this may be one of the nicest building to have gone up in the last few years. It has some really appealing angles, not to mention looks impressively high.

Super stoked on this one.

For me the most important part of these types of buildings are the podiums. The podium on this building looks vastly superior to the one at Sovereign.
