This is the development that I alluded to the other week.
If you read the article, it sounds like they want to break ground this summer. It also sounds as if the medical complex and the conference centre are pretty advanced in the planning stage. I think the university is fishing around for a partner for the hotel component of the project, but the timing may be bad as there is close to a glut for hotel rooms in the city.
Also, if you look closely at the image below
NBNYer, you can see that the road network for this development will indeed interconnect with the Hall's Creek project, and will access Morton at the already signalized intersection leading into the UdeM campus next to the CEPS.
