OK, because I'm bored at work right now, I will provide somewhat more serious speculation, from myself and others:

- new hotel
- arena naming rights
- city is consolidating offices at AED tower
- completion of design (hence the pulling of images)

Yay! An announcement telling us that the building is going to give the naming rights to a telecommunications company that offers 3rd world telecommunication service whilst gouging its customers for service that pales in comparison to the rest of the developed world. How exciting!
