here is what I have for probable/quite possible Center City area (not U. City) buildings of around 100'+

Philadelphia's City Hall is an amazing piece of architecture and has a height 548". Which would be the second tallest in Van.

If you are referring to the ones closest to the river, it would be Waterfront Sq. and Renaissance plaza?

I forgot the other name of the project on Col. Blvd closest to Ben Franklin Bridge. It had an ugly orange rendering.

Don't forget 205 race that should be well over 100 ft.

I think he originally wanted to do for sale condos there...

I doubt there a market for more retail up there

Its a shame because I think the design is very cool and would fill in an empty lot there very well. Does anyone have any info of whats going on with that project?

Greg hill is doing a big project in south kensington right now (oxford mills)

It looks like he split with his partner and has a new company called d3 development...

It looks like 2116 is not in either the wide or the close up areal, either. And don't forget 2021 Chestnut Street, either.

You forgot the CHOP towers around South Street, and the high rises on Lancaster, 36th & Market, and 38th and Chestnut...

Good catch! I kept thinking 2116 would have a 3D building in googles database by now. Guess not, so I added those.

I thought Kohn Pedersen Fox were going to design it? Which would be a huge step up from Dranoff's previous architects.

Mappy, you are in clear violation of the terrible Penn Praxis Waterfront Plan. There are no new buildings that are suppose to be over 100'.

What a ridiculous stupid rule.
