Festival Tower is a quality tower despite it's simply form. Cinema would be the polar opposite. The towers of King Blue look bettwr 4han the Camrost redevelopment of the Four Seasons
King Blue got a nice little shot in the arm in terms of sales recently thanks to some attractive incentives and suite reconfigurations, hopefully it gets built sooner rather than later, the podium will be great for this stretch of King St

Agreed. Wasted opportunity to include some street level retail at least with a busy train station (and busy court building) right there.

In the original renders, it did show a restaurant/patio at the bottom. I wouldn't write off the possibility just yet.
