Goodbye, Turner Field; Braves to Cobb in 2017

OK, here's how it should go, folks. We are now absolved of any "2 sports bars", "2 restaurants", "1 starbucks", rules via the Braves, right?? Assuming that... let's develop the F*CK out of all the giant surface lots: rebuild a street-grid, wrap everything with retail on the ground floors and condos/apartments above. Take over everything the Recreational Authority is in charge now and build, baby, build. We don't have to follow the Braves rules, right? Now, get it all going in the next year or two and then woo a team who would just die to play somewhere as awesome as Turner Field: Oh, let's say the Tampa Bay Rays..... Southside AL team and the venerable Northside NL'er team (Braves). Wouldn't the Rays just die to be in The Ted???
