I think I overheard something about something going in there at work a while back and forgot to post it, I am pretty sure it's going to be a clinic of some sort relocating from somewhere else in town. Could be wrong though.
There is also the rumour that the casino is being sold to MGM and moving out there but I highly doubt that.
