Since there is a crane installed and foundation work going on, shouldn't we list Roccabella as U/C?

In the coming years, this view will be amazing with density. This would be a great place, perhaps slightly more to the left, to set up a webcam and be able to view four projects rise.

That would be neat, but there is nothing on the other side to connect to. The Montreal Sous-terrain is under the former IBM tower, or the Bell center.

Besides, I'm not sure what's under the street, but I'd guess they have some huge brick pipes under it that would be in the way...
