The combination of glass towers and neo-classical low rise is unique....very nice

I would like to see exterior lightning around the same magnitude as the skylines of China.

Looks like its up to 16-17 stories, this crew is on some kind of a mission.

I don't think the renderings do this building justice. Its a meh light bluish hue in the renderings but the mock skin they have on site is more of a black/grey two-tone that's going to be striking. That's of course if they go with that specific mock. Then its going to be eclipsed by Cira South in a year or so. Enjoy this tower while you can particularly from the south.

When I met with Campus Crest about a month ago they informed me that the building will be complete and open in August of next year. They want to build it quick to start appealing to Wharton students for Fall 2014 semester. I counted up to 16 when I was there Friday morning.

I don't doubt it will be done given their pace.

I think the developers of 1900 Arch are going after the 2024 Fall Semester.

Here's the mock glass, its still there.

That should be a year or so before Goldtex wraps up.

Looks to me like the curtain wall is behind schedule....skin should be on this building up to the 8th floor by now if they have a chance of meeting August 2014 completion...may have to start wrapping this building soon to be able to work thru Winter...

That mock "glass" is sexy. I get the feeling this building will be Erdy-McHenry's comeback tour after having been involved in several subpar projects over the past couple of years.
