I really like this - and it is in my neighborhood, so I am pleased. I think the mix of a tower and townhouses is smart. It will match the fabric of the area which includes a few "towers" and several townhouses. I think this will play well with the aesthetics of the nearby CCP buildings, Granary, and the new Rodin development...among others.
I would add, however, that the Broad Street Line stop for Spring Garden is only a few blocks away, and there are a couple major bus route nearby. So, transit isn't too bad in this area.
