Yes just the colour and contrast. All of my pics are from the Galaxy Nexus.

I do it manually, just with Windows Live Photo Gallery. Just very simple touch ups, almost every picture is the same basically - enhance the contrast by half, diminish the highlights as much as possible, and saturate the colour slightly. Sometimes I brighten the shadows or just increase overall brightness as well.
