What I really like about this building is how they handled the base. The tower itself comes right to the sidewalk, and the part of the lot not used by the footprint of the actual tower is covered by a hefty 11 story podium instead of them just sticking an automobile drop-off area, a wind-swept plaza with a couple benches and planters, or a flimsy one or two story podium, all of which are common hazzards for this type of development.
In a way it's slightly reminiscent of Louis Bohème which is one of my favourite residential developments in the country.
