TD Center is so awesome. By far the most gorgeous skyscrapers ensemble in the country.
Also, I know I made a comment recently about how banal the skyline look from the lake because of the generic towers that lined it, but in silhouette, it's really impressive.

Those silhouette shots above are also from the west and east respectively, which actually look great even in daylight because all the bank towers are still very visible. It's only really from the south where condos dominate the view.

Is there a road on the hill itself so you can ride up it on a bike? I can't tell from Google Maps.
It's a very nice hike, I highly recommend it. Also, the parc portion of the mountain (hill?) is owned by McGill university since forever. It is very well-groomed and the reception area is wonderful.
Toronto has a gorgeous pyramidal shape. It's very easy on the eye!
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder......it's pyramid/volcano shaped skyline is what I dislike about it the most. I prefer more balanced skylines where you can see them all and there are not just crunched together like Montreal's or Melbourne's.

I agree. I think Toronto's skyline would look better than it already is if its tallest were a little more spread-out.
