A lot of interesting possibilities in that document. I do hope they have as many of the East End routes as possible at least continue through to the end of Oakland--transfers on or before the eastern end of Oakland would be ridership killers.
Incidentally, there is also a discussion of Downtown routing in that document. That confirms what was pointed out in this article, which is that this whole "bus free Downtown" brouhaha has been a garbled version of what they have actually been studying:
