Thanks for the update.

I am surprised that we have not yet heard of a proposal for the last remaining parking lot across the street, on the northwest corner, beside The Penthouse. If the podium is done right (i.e., high retail ceilings, like 999 Seymour, and two floors of commercial office space above, like the building on the southwest corner, where Commune is), that intersection could end up having a very urban feel.

I would think the parking lot and the Penthouse will form one development when the time comes.
