L'ancienne rampe d'accès est en cours d'être pelletée et a été condamnée...
La nouvelle, en roche du bouclier canadien, est formée des éclats de dynamitage des dernières semaines...

C'est vrai qu'ils sont plus creux... Mais ils ne posent plus de planches et les tubes de soutements ne semblent pas descendre plus creux... Peut-être se serviront t'ils de la roche comme murs?

Great video of the dynamite action jspetit! It is amazing how the dynamite still easily throws the blasting mats which weigh from 5K - 10K lbs.

It just occured to me, considering that they're building 5 floors for parking.

From the web site, we know that there are 124 condos in each tower, (3-32: 8, 33-39:6, 40:2), for a total of 248 condos.

If we go for a parking slot each, that 248 slots (we'll say 250).

The nearby CCE has 500 parking slots for the two towers, roughly the same size as the Rocka...

That would mean that at least half the parking lot should be available to the public.

My reasoning is that the owner of the former parking lot, is the one building the towers. And that they won't let go of the lucrative parking operation so close to the most occupied theatre (Centre Bell) in North America...

You had the right count of condos per floor but you screwed up a bit on your math

Floors 3-32 @ 8 condos/floor is 240 condos
Floors 33-39 @ 6 condos/floor is 42 condos
Floor 40 with two penthouses

For a total of 284 condos in tower 1. It could reach 568 condos total if they keep the same layout for tower 2.

Great picture once again - have we almost reach the bottom?? Looks like the tower's footprint is starting to show! Woohoo!

They're building the first tower and the entire podium. They will probably start selling the second tower once the first one is completely sold. After they sell enough units in the second tower (to ensure it is profitable), they will start construction, although it should go much quicker than the first since the podium and underground parking will already have been built by that point.
