For as much parking as they're going to have to provide, that deck looks rather underwhelming to me compared to a Skyhouse deck. From the rendering, it looks like they're going to be parking a 20 story office building and a 19 story apartment building in a deck that seems less obtrusive than either of Novare's Midtown decks built for half as many cars. Yikes, I'm truly going to get kicked off of here - first sticking up for Walmart and now sticking up for a parking deck.
Yes, that probably isn't the best concept we could get for such a huge blank canvas right in the middle of Midtown, but they are somewhat limited by the underground MARTA station with what can be built there.
My guess is that the parking deck behind the apartment tower will be built first so that the office building's employees will have a place to park again as soon as possible.
