The stucco seems to be a dark grey green. I am not sure but it could be the second brown coat, and not the finish coat.

Scaffolding is getting near the top. Also they did another coat of stucco over the dark greenish grey today, now it is almost black with a hint of green in the sunlight.

Hey DM, you sure get up to the tower a fair bit, do you have a season's pass?

Sounds much better than the mustard yellow of Nuera.

I do but it runs out in September.

As far as the mustard yellow versus the black, I would love to see some contrast with the actual windows. It is going to look very dark with some silver stripes.

You can see this one won't be a s tall as Nuera, but still has some nice height.

They put another coat of stucco on yesterday and I believe it is the final coat as it looks to me to be the same colour as the balcony dividers on Nuera. A dark grey (graphite) colour with a bit of a fleck to it.

Thanks for the update DM. I'll be anxious to see that tarp come off.

Thanks so much for the updates guys. I am an owner in Alura and I don't get very many updates from the developer so I've been glued to this thread for months now. Don't know a whole lot about the construction process, so please keep it up and know that your posts are being appreciated!

Thanks,
J

I think I can speak for Design-Mind when I say that we're glad you're getting good use of the updates.

The steel for the extended portion of the crown is only up in the NW corner.

Alura is now officially sold-out. I wonder how much the penthouse suite went for.
