Yeah, and with the Holly Theater up 6th getting rehabed, that area of downtown is really on the upswing.

To bad Bonsai had to move to make way for this building though, loved that location. Hope they open another downtown location soon.

Better pics of the 6th & Grape building in downtown Medford. Nothing super exciting about the design aspects of the building. Will have a 5th Floor Roof Terrace which will be nice. There will be controlled parking on the ground floor under the buildings 1st floor.

10/11/13 "One West Main Project" Update:

The 8th Street side is well on its way, the N. Fir Street side is beggining, and the first supports of its fourth floor have been placed. Next is the E. Main Street side to complete the U-Shape building frame.

This is the NW corner of the parking garage. Work on the Health Ceneter building will begin after the garage is complete.

This building has been approved and funding is in place. Will begin construction Spring/Summer 2014
42,000+sqft 3 story Police Headquarters with 3 story 220+ stall parking garage. Will be on the corner of W. 10th & S. Ivy (directly south from the JCHC which is currently under contruction)

Summer 7/8/14 Update:

They have decided to add 2 more floors onto this JC Health Building Parking Structure by the end of the summer. Thus it will top out now at 8-floors. But here it is in limbo while they wait for the materials. Also, I very much like how they went out on a limb for this public buildings facade.

Garage will be 4-floors and approx 80,000 sq ft.
Will be built on the Corner of W.10th & S.Ivy next to the soon to open JCHC Building.

Some steel is rising from the work site after a few weeks of demolition and grading... The part visible will be the NW corner of the building. The 90k sq ft attached garage will be built after the frame of the main structure is complete.

I haven't been anywhere near Medford in 9 years, but this is making me want to drive next time I go to the Bay Area so I can stop through and see what's going on.

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (RRMC) plans to build Neuroscience Institute on their SE Medford Campus. Will be located off of E.Barnett where the former Medical Eye Center building was (now demolished and a grass park)

They've been working on it for a few months now... First location for In-N-Out in the State/Pacific NW. Slated to open Mid-Sept.
Located on Highway 62 @ RVM (Off I-5 exit 30). (demolished the RVM Shell Station to make room)
