Edmonton should be ahead of Vaughan and Quebec City, even the numbers you posted say so.

08. 109m - 28fl - Jules-Dalaires II - Québec (QC)
09. 109m - 37fl - Expo 1 - Vaughan (ON)
10. 119m - 36fl - The Pearl - Edmonton (AB)

I think The Renaissance South in London, and Landmark VI in Kelowna are both finished. Perhaps a forumer or two could confirm?

I like that 4 floors and a known height beats out 31 floors without a known height.

The number of floors for the TD building in Halifax is off. It's going to have 23 floors.

Any change in the number of metres or is it just the floor count?

Is the Library Development actually a proposal again? I remember years ago they planned a tower there, but just built the gorgeous Central Library instead... so I dunno.

Yes it's back on the drawing board. The Library was purchased by a guy who owns most buildings in the downtown (Farhi) and he has plans to build the tower once there's demand for it.

With the Renaissance towers now complete (and sold out) the demand for more residential in the downtown should increase as the city focuses on restoring and building up the core.

speaking of that, the 4 floor building at 18.5m is cancelled. construction halted something like a year ago after the site reached ground level, and the site was sold. still no news on the potential replacement.

The Victoria St apartments in Fredericton are finished. I think the current tallest u/c is the 6 storey apartment building on McLeod Ave, though they are also close to completion if not there already.
