Follow the $$$

Older patrons arent chasing the multiple $2.50 draughts, and are more than happy to spend $7.00+ on a "Premium" local beer.

Not to mention all the expensive appetizers, and the fact that generally speaking older patrons are more orderly and not as destructive as the 19 yr old crowd.

As someone who is a long time Pub-o-phile that loves local beer, any new pubs are great.
