The Westward Ho would make an awesome educational tower. The PITT tower is called the
Cathedral of
Learning. It is 42 floors and a beautiful, historic gem like the Westward Ho. But yes, remaking the Westward Ho into a hotel would be the absolute best outcome IMO. That building deserves to be cleaned up and used in a way that allows it to be more open to the public.
