I just noticed that they are clearing a
large parcel of land just to the north of the TCH on the west side of Elmwood Drive, immediately adjacent to the westbound onramp onto the highway.
I wonder if this is related? If so, they are clearing more land than you would need for a Co-op and Home Hardware store.......
