WOW... so on top of all the buildings that have broken ground and are in progress - these are likely to break ground over the next year *crazy change:

64/40/18 stories - waller center
50 stories - fairmont
44 stories - post office
38 stories - green
30+ - travis county court house) (we know this is about 17 floors of office space but it will need at least 10 floors of parking)
30 seaholm
27 - whole foods
24 zaza

The next several years will be fun. This city is going to completely overhaul....
