I don't know where a Saks would go, but hopefully somewhere on Rideau Street. A lot of the businesses between Sussex and King Edward look crummy. Rideau still has so much potential.
I wonder what this means for Holt Renfrew in Ottawa? Can they compete with Saks, Nordstrom, Simons, and Hudsons Bay?
