If it breaks ground next year and assuming something "iconic", what a year 2014 will be! Metropolis, the Korean Air tower, and (hopefully) LA Central all under construction simultaneously. Park Fifth and Park Tower both deserve mentioning from recent events. 2014 could be our boom year that beats all the previous
