Your problem is that you're linking to the webpage that has the picture, but not the picture itself.
If you go to that Panoramio page, (
http://www.panoramio.com/photo_explorer#...o_id=1846959&order=date_desc&user=383862), there is a button that says "View the original image". Click on that and it will call up the image itself. Copy the address of the image (
