While maybe you can doubt some of the financial side of things, the perceived efficiency/traffic problems are the source of most of the opposition to this project.
Are you guys really ignoring the traffic engineering study (later in the report) where it is repeatedly shown that a) The new Pacific Blvd will have the capacity for future traffic demand and b) that neighbouring streets will not have to handle much, if any new vehicles?
