These two older heritage buildings will be incorporated as the podium of the Kelly Ramsey mixed-use tower, starting construction this year.

Nice, Jeff. Number one is very promising!

I like that the Sterling Building is still doing the painted "managed by" signs. Buildings aren't as chatty these days.

That bridge and museum look quite elegant. A couple nice skyscrapers in that district will give the area some real — appeal and nice sightlines.

It seems as if we are moving into a new golden age of skyscraper construction nation wide, just like the late 60s to the late 70s.
